Coronavirus:Buhari's daughter in isolation-Nigerians React

Nigerians have reacted on Twitter following the return of  President  Muhammadu Buhari's daughter from UK today.  
One of the daughters of President Muhammadu Buhari is currently in self-isolation over coronavirus.

Aisha Buhari, the first lady, who disclosed this in a series of tweets, said although her daughter did not show any symptoms of the virus, she went into self-isolation after returning from the UK.

The first lady did not disclose the identity of the daughter in isolation.

“Good afternoon Nigerians, Earlier today my daughter returned from the UK being among the high Burden listed countries of COVID-19.
Based on the advice of the Hon. Minister Of Health , Presidential Task force on COVID – 19 and that of NCDC, She is on Self Isolation, not because she displayed any symptoms of the Covid-19,” she tweeted.

“Please I urge all parents to do the same if possible as prevention is better than cure. Similarly, I have shut down my office for two weeks with immediate effect while essential staff can work from home as a result of some Staff who recently returned from UK

“Let’s keep following the advice of the Federal Ministry of Health and the NCDC, which encourages maintaining social distancing, high hygiene culture through regular washing of hands with soaps and sanitizers.

“Let’s adopt preventive measures and ensure the safety of our families and that of General public. We will overcome the Covid-19 pandemic if we all take the necessary precautions at the same time ! God bless you all. Long live Federal Republic of Nigeria Flag of Nigeria!”

 The federal government has banned flights from 13 high-risk countries, including the UK and US to check the spread of the virus.

Nigeria currently has nine active cases of the disease. The Italian who imported the virus to Nigeria has tested negative.

Coronavirus:Nigeria records four new cases

The Lagos State government says four new cases of coronavirus have been recorded in the state.

Akin Abayomi, the state commissioner for health, disclosed this during a press conference on Thursday.

Nigeria currently has eight confirmed cases of the disease.

What God told me about Coronavirus

Coronavirus according to google is a large family of viruses that cause illness range from the common cold to more severe diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERs-COV)  and severe Acute Syndrome (SARS-COV). 

Sometimes in the first week of this month before the number of confirmed infected people increased to eight I saw a revelation of so many Nigerians afffected by the virus.  I saw many people looking for shield even as many tested positive to the virus in the trance.

There was this particular woman I recall seeing vividly. She championed the decision to spread the virus to as many people as she could.If I am to predict her age this seeming wicked woman should be in her early 50s. I used the word wicked because I still wonder why she would be intentional about spreading ithe virus to many people. 

 I didn't contact the virus despite the fact that the infected persons were desperate to spread it to people around them. A voice said to me right in the trance to plead the blood of Jesus upon myself, immediately I did the woman ran far away from me with her coronavirus. 

I woke up and realised it was a dream.I blessed the name of God for saving me as I remembered the popular statement which says the spiritual controls the physical, I became more joyful having recalled  pleading the blood of Jesus made the carrier of the virus stay far from me.

Well the Bible  in Exodus 12v13 says  "And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt

@Pastor EA Adeboye on his Twitter handle shared, "I want to assure you that so far you are in the secret place of the most high, no virus can come near your dwelling.Remember being able to abide under his shadow involves you living a life of cleanliness, the basic things like washing your hands keeping your environment clean.

Well, it is safer to say people should take shield in Jesus Christ, Plead the blood of Jesus on yourself and abide in the secret place of the most high.

They however should not forget personal hygiene. They should also ensure they keep away from elements and things that can trigger the virus.

We wish those tested positive of the virus quick recovery in Jesus name.Amen. 

We'll ask churches, mosques to suspend services -Lagos Government

 Lagos state government has hinted at asking churches and mosques to suspend services over coronavirus.

Gbenga Omotoso, commissioner for information, gave the hint at a press briefing on today.

He said the government would soon suggest to religious leaders to halt services, especially where there are large gatherings.
