Chelsea forward Eden Hazard has joined Spanish outfit Real Madrid the club has informed.
In a recent tweet via the club’s official Twitter handle, the club confirmed the switch and wished the player all the best in his career.
We have reached an agreement for the transfer of Eden Hazard to Real Madrid.
