2020 fashion trends forecast

FASHION shows and what celebrities wear are main factors which affect fashion trends. These trends change all the time depending on how they are accepted and through this, one can easily guess what will continue to trend or not.
From hairstyles to clothing to shoes, these style trends are bold and statement-making. They rocked the month of December 2019 and we are definitely seeing more of them in 2020.
Neon: These are extremely bright versions of primary and secondary colours, such as blue, red, green, yellow and purple. The neon colours stand apart from other types of colour due to the fact that they emit light, making them luminescent. Despite the fact that neon is a hard trend to pull off, towards the end of 2019, these colours started trending and it does not look like there’s any stopping anytime soon.

Tie and dye: Before late 2019, tie and dye was near dead, but then, all of a sudden, it was back again. Tie and dye is when a cloth is dyed by hand and colour patterns produced in the fabric by gathering together many small portions of material and tying them tightly with string before immersing the cloth in the dye bath. After dying, the fabric is untied to reveal irregular circles, dots and stripes. Keep an eye on more playful prints this year.
Tulle: This is a lightweight, very fine, stiff netting. The name comes from Tulle, a city in the Southern Central region of France. Whether sewn alone, or added to another material, tulle sure speaks elegance and it will undoubtedly be one of the most used fabrics of the year.
Mules: One reason why mules trended almost all through 2019 is because they are unique and easy to style, for both male and female. They offer semi-coverage with an open-back which makes them versatile; for work or for play. There are many styles of mules which can be matched with any outfit at all. We have the classic block heel mules, the transparent mules, the casual mule, and the loafer mule. Because of its comfortability, the mules are going nowhere, at least for now.
Puff sleeves: This type of sleeves, which is full in between, or full at the top and bottom, bottom only or top only, are the style of the moment. Almost everyone is realising how elegant it looks and are trying not to be left behind. These sleeves can be incorporated into any type of cloth, such as dress, suit, t-shirt, jumpsuit or a simple top. It is safe to say the puff sleeves will have a comeback this year too.

High ponytail: The ponytail is a hairstyle, in which some, most or all of the hair on the head is pulled away from the face, gathered and secured at the back of the head with a hair tie, drawstring or clip and allowed to hang freely from that point. Saying people loved this hairstyle is an understatement because it was all over. 2020 is definitely going to see more of it.
